Refund & Return Policy — Eagle Might

Overview

At Eagle Might, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we have specific conditions for refunds and returns.

  • Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electronic Fitness Gadgets — No refund or return will be accepted for any electronic fitness gadgets purchased from Eagle Might.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift Cards

  • Downloadable Software Products

  • Health & Personal Care Items (if used/opened)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
